It is an excellent emulsion of very easy copying and recovery, which counts among its advantages the possibility of emulsifying frames and storing them in a dark room until the time of its use, besides not leaving diazo stains in the fabrics. To increase the resistance to water can be subjected to a post exposure. The solids content of the emulsion is 43%.

For jobs where greater definition is required, the number of hands on the inner side of the shablon should be increased. The already emulsified frame is allowed to dry with the print side down in an environment of hot, dry and dust-free air, not to exceed 40 ° C. All these operations must be carried out under yellow light or low voltage tungsten lamp, avoiding exposure to sunlight or to halogen, fluorescent or quartz type lamps. Once copied wash the frame with cold water and let it dry.

Exposure

The exposure time depends on the distance, film thickness, fabric color, lamp usage time, etc. With the use of white fabrics the time is reduced to half, with respect to colored fabrics. Indicatively the value taken in our sunshine with a lamp (of 5000 w) metal halogen with integrator to 1 meter of distance, with four hands of emulsion applied (2 external and 2 internal), on a cloth of 47 threads / cm. Of color and using an "exposure calculator" the result is 20 light times (approximately 50 ").

Recovery

After cleaning the ink and with the dry screen, apply EMULQUIT on both sides. Allow to act for 5 minutes and then rinse with water under pressure. The use of a high-pressure cleaner machine is recommended. It is not advisable that the permanence of the product acts more than the indicated time, because when drying, it becomes difficult its recovery.

Storage

Containers should be tightly closed. Store in a cool, dark place. Avoid temperatures above 35 ° C (change the symbol for degrees). The duration of the emulsion is approximately 1 year if well preserved; Exceeded this time we recommend checking the copying capacity of the same.

Tips and possible solutions

If the image does not develop or does it with some difficulty:
· Very long exposure time.
· Accidental exposure to white light before recording.
· Very high drying temperature (do not exceed 40 ° C).

If the emulsion leaves or falls from the fabric:
· Increase exposure time.
· Check that the emulsion is perfectly dry.
· Sensitized emulsion for a long time.
· Poorly sensitized emulsion.
· Excessive ambient humidity.
