It is a very elastic pure photopolymer emulsion for the production of ready-to-use high viscosity (3D) matrices with high viscosity and similar exposure times for this type of emulsions. It is an excellent emulsion of easy copying and recovery that does not leave stains of diazo in the fabrics. The solids content of the emulsion is 48%.

Applications

It is used in textile printing of plastisol height and water ink.

Mode of Use

On a clean and degreased mesh, apply 1 or 2 hands on the outer side of the shablon followed by 10 to 30 hands on the inner side, depending on the desired thickness. The already emulsified frame is allowed to dry with the print side down in an environment of hot, dry and dust-free air, not to exceed 40 ° C. In case of exceeding 30 emulsion hands, after emulsifying, it is recommended to dry the inner side of the shablon with cold air and then dry it in the oven with the inner side facing down. All these operations must be carried out under yellow light or low voltage tungsten lamp, avoiding exposure to sunlight or to halogen, fluorescent or quartz type lamps. Once copied wash the frame with cold water, you can use a high-preasure machine, and let it dry.

Exposure

The exposure time depends on the distance, film thickness, fabric color, lamp usage time, etc. With the use of white fabrics the time is reduced to half, with respect to colored fabrics. Indicatively, the value taken in our instrument with a lamp (of 5000 w) halogen metal with integrator at 1 meter distance, with 25 emulsion hands applied (2 external and 20 internal), on a fabric of 24 threads / cm. White, is 150 light times (approximately 6 minutes).

Recovery

After cleaning the ink and with the dry screen, apply EMULQUIT GEL on both sides. Let it act for 5 minutes, then rinse with water under pressure. The use of a washer is recommended. It is not advisable that the permanence of the recuperative product acted more than the indicated time, to avoid that when drying becomes difficult to recover.

Storage

Containers should be tightly closed. Store in a cool, dark place. Avoid temperatures above 35 ° C (change the symbol for degrees). The duration of the emulsion is approximately 1 year if well preserved; Exceeded this time we recommend checking the copying capacity of the same.

Tips and possible solutions

If the image does not develop or does it with some difficulty:
· Very long exposure time.
· Accidental exposure to white light before recording.
· Very high drying temperature (do not exceed 40 ° C).

If the emulsion leaves or falls from the fabric:
· Increase exposure time.
· Check that the emulsion is perfectly dry.
· Sensitized emulsion for a long time.
· Poorly sensitized emulsion.
· Excessive ambient humidity.
