Applications
Given the characteristics mentioned above, ISOCAT inks are especially suitable for all those prints where exceptional chemical resistance is required accompanied by a quick drying. It is used in the printing of treated polyethylene and polypropylene containers. It has good adherence in glass, metals and plastic materials.Mode of Use
As a two-component ink (ink and catalyst), these must be mixed in the corresponding ratio. At room temperature, it must be used within 4 hours of its preparation; These times are reduced compared to an increase of that. Once the mixture has been made, it has a limited life due to viscosity increase over time.Preparation Proportion
9241 Isocat catalyst: For every 100 parts by weight of ink, add 25 parts by weight of catalyst.Use of Catalysts
To obtain good chemical resistance on ketones and acetates, for example, and to achieve a very hard and elastic film, the catalyst 9241 is used. The touch-drying is fast.Solvents
9645: Isocat Reducer.Product Stability
The uncatalyzed ink in a closed container and in a fresh and dry environment is not altered.Important note
I. The inks formulated by Pintesint SAICyF must be used exclusively with the solvents and the complementary products that it manufactures for that purpose. Due to the diversity of products in the market, the company is not responsible for the use of the same from another source.
II. The suggestions and data of this literature were elaborated in good faith, to guide the user. We recall the importance of checking the adaptability of inks and complementary products by testing before starting production. Due to the fact that the conditions of use of the products are not under our control, the present does not constitute a guarantee on the work to be done.
