It is a nitrocellulose base paint, fast drying and glossy appearance. Its greatest virtue is the wide range of substrates on which it adheres and its great ease of use.

Aplications

Among the various substrates to be printed are: mylar, polyester, aluminum, cellulose acetate and various celluloids, wood, paper, cardboard paper, cardboard, and leather. In this line are developed non-toxic colours, which are required in the manufacture of toys and teaching materials.

Drying

The drying is produced by solvent evaporation and therefore, its speed will depend on the solvent used. At room temperature, the drying time is approximately 15 minutes, and can be overprinted at 30 minutes. Such drying can be accelerated by subjecting the print to temperatures of 90 ° C (162 ° F) in ovens, which will not only give the ink a greater hardness, but will also improve adhesion.

Printing: Manual or semi-automatic with meshes from 110 to 140 threads\cm.
Drying: By evaporation 15-20 minutes.
Yield: 30 to 40 m2 / kg depending on color.
Normal Dilution: vinyl reducer (Code 9602).
Slow Dilution: Retarder and / or vinyl super retarder (Code 9604.9605).
Auxiliary additives: Plasticizer 8 to increase elasticity (impression on leathers).
Cleaning: Vinyl cleaner (Code 9600).
