The first uv was developed for cases where offset ink is applied on PVC and then subjected to a lamination process, such as cards. The FIRST PVC is provided in two viscosities, one for dry offset inkwell 20047 and the other for varnish, 19047.

Both primer can be mixed together to achieve the desired viscosity and also allow mixing with pearlescent or metallic pigments.

General Recommendations

Do not mix this line of inks with any product not recommended in the previous point (AUXILIARS).

Curing

The cure rate depends on the following factors, lamp status, film thickness and color. Check these points before adding cured accelerator.

Pre-Print Test

Check the characteristics of the substrates before use, checking the adhesion of the ink.

Storage

Store in a place protected from light and in black polyethylene containers, because exposure to light causes the polymerization of the ink. The containers should be closed very well, and immediately after using the inks. To maximize shelf life, the storage temperature should be 10 ° C to 25 ° C (50 ° F - 77 ° F). The stability of the product is one year, fulfilling the mentioned requirements.

Safety

Contact with skin causes irritation, in this case wash with plenty of water and soap. Wear gloves and eye protection. Change contaminated clothing and consult a physician.
