It is a mineral turpentine alkyd ink, economical, matte and velvety finish. Its oxidation drying is relatively fast.

Aplications

Its greatest use is in the printing of Spun Bonded (non-woven fabric), paper and posters. It has good resistance to the weather and external agents.

Complementary Products

Stamped base (Code 4010): is an emulsion made of synthetic resins that facilitates the penetration and runoff of the ink on the substrate, replacing the function of a transparent varnish, which is not available in product line. The mixing ratio is very wide, and allows to achieve four-color processes.

Specifications

Dilution: is used Retardant 140 (Code 9140) or in its absence mineral turpentine.

Meshes: we recommend for wide areas the use of open meshes, between 60 and 80 threads / cm. For fine details, use meshes between 90 and 120 threads / cm. A good conservation of the mesh achieving by cleaning it immediately after the work is completed, thus preventing the ink remains hardened.

Drying: occurs by oxidation in a period of 20 to 25 minutes.
