The Seripox 200 is a line formulated for the printing or painting by torch of glass or vitrified surfaces.

It requires a oven cure cycle of at least 15 minutes at 200 ° C. After this process the formed film acquires resistance to the solvents as well as an optimum hardness and resistance to rubbing.

It is possible to increase the resistance to water with the addition of up to 3% (of the weight of the ink) of ADDITIVE 427 (code 4809); This process significantly shortens the pot life of the ink so we recommend that it be done moments before the application and that only the amount of ink to be used is prepared.

Viscosity

The ink requires a viscosity adjustment to be apply with a torch, this must be done with the FLEXO REDUCER code 9601, in the case of using ADDITIVE 427 a readjustment will be necessary.

Colours

The line contemplates cover colours, transparent and simil griding varnish; this can be made by special request following by prior approval of a standard sample.
