Tampoprint is a line developed for pad printing with high concentration of non-toxic pigments. It is possible to use it with and without catalyst. The catalyst use ratio is 10% for colours and 20% for varnish. The use of catalyst increases the strength and hardness of the ink. The life of the mixture is approximately 8 - 12 hours depending on the temperature and humidity.

Dilution of the ink is done with 9630 TAMPO REDUCER or 9631 TAMPO RETARDANT. It presents the following line of colours.

Pre-Printing Test

The adhesion of the ink is very good in PAI, SAN, acrylic, PVC, polycarbonate, PET, ABS, etc. Check the characteristics of the substrates before use, checking the adhesion of the ink.

Storage

The containers should be closed very well, and immediately after using the inks. To maximize shelf life, the storage temperature should be below 30 ° C.

Safety

Contact with skin causes irritation, in this case wash with plenty of soap and water. Wear gloves and eye protection. Change contaminated clothing and consult a doctor.
