It is a quick drying, low odor and thermoformed ink. It has a glossy finish and high weather resistance.
Applications
Due to its thermo-plasticity characteristic, TINTA ACRILICA (acrylic ink) is ideal for printing on acrylic sheets (transparent or opaline) ABS, SAN, POLYSTYRENE, rigid PVC and similar behaviour materials.
Due to its high gloss and its resistance to atmospheric agents, TINTA ACRILICA (acrylic ink) is used for the printing of luminous signs and plastic materials for outdoor use (advertising panels, signalling, etc.).
Drying: By evaporation of the solvent, it varies of 10/15 min depending on the solvent that is used and the thickness of the film.
Normal Dilution: Reductor de Viscosidad Universal 145 (Universal Viscosity Reducer 145 Code 9145) or Reductor VinÃlico (Vinyl Reducer Code 9602).
Slow Dilution: Vinyl Retarder (Code 9604) or Super Vinyl Retarder (Code 9605).
Matrixes: 90/140 threads / cm, depending on the definition desired Barniz AcrÃlico Extra (Acrylic Varnish Extra Code 7040), improves strength, adhesion and gloss.
Complementary Products: Nivelante (Leveler Code 4801), Retardant Gel (Code 9616), Retardant 140 (Code 9140) and Vinyl Reducer (Code 9602) for sensitive materials (e.g. PAI).
Cleaning: Use Vinil Cleaning Reducer (Code 9600) or Universal Vinyl Reducer (Code 9145).
