It is an ink that has a synthetic base, glossy appearance, and is very smooth and flexible. It has a high degree of grinding and optimum performance, excellent resistance to abrasion and atmospheric agents.

Aplications

Due to its flexibility, this ink is widely used in the printing of water-slide decals.

Due to its high hiding power, excellent relief and its resistance to abrasion, it is used to print posters, boards and control panels. Resistant to sunlight and atmospheric agents.

Adherence

The Enamel Ink offers a very good adhesion on iron, paper, cardboard, treated Mylar, pickled aluminum, glass, wood, treated polyethylene and polypropylene, among others.

Printing: Manual and semi-automatic with mesh of 100-120 threads\cm
Drying: By Oxidation at room temperature within 10 hours
Yield: 25 to 30 m2 / kg, with 110 mesh yarn\cm.
Dilution: Turpentine.
Auxiliary Additives: Retardante 140 (Code 9140).
Cleaning: Turpentine.

Specifications

Drying is produced by oxidation, and can take 2 to 3 hours at the surface, while complete drying, takes approximately 10 hours. These times can be shortened by using ovens. We recommend "off-contact" printing, with strong and uniform pressure, with a well-shaped handle. Its conservation is without limits.

Over time, a hard film will form on the surface, which must be extracted before using the ink. To dilute normally, it will reach 5% mineral turpentine.
